This may include PDF files, interactive online materials, editable templates, design files, or multimedia links. All products are considered “delivered” once they have been successfully emailed, shared, or made available for download. By completing a payment, the customer acknowledges that the delivery has taken place when digital access is provided — regardless of whether the file has been opened or downloaded.
